Paid Vacation

No calls. No texts. No emails. No kidding. We take vacation time seriously and encourage it for the wellbeing of our employees. As a regular full-time employee with a minimum of 1 year service, you will be entitled to 40 hours of vacation with pay. After 2 years of service, 56 hours – and after 3 years, you will be entitled to 80 hours of vacation pay!

Sheet Metal Fabricator

Job Type:

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday 7am-5pm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Preferably 3+ years experience – in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Sufficient strength to lift 50lbs without assistance.
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Must know how to read a tape measure.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a drug test and have no criminal history.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to withstand the outside working environments of Florida with prolonged standing, lifting, bending, etc.

Skills:

Job Details:

Fabricate light gauge flashing components for metal roofing packages.

Shear flat sheets and fabricate (fold) into specific flashing profiles that complete a metal roof assembly. Pull accessory inventory as needed such as screws, closures, tape etc. Movement of materials and loading customers will be required.

Roll Form Operator

Job Type:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

Delivery Driver (CDL Class “A”) – Home every night!

Job Type:

Job Details:

• Operate company vehicle in compliance with all local, state, federal and company rules to safely deliver metal roofing packages to customers job sites.
• Communicate and coordinate with dispatcher/processor.
• Accurately prepare packages for delivery.
• Secure material and properly arrange and balance it within the vehicle.
• Maintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving.
• Regularly keep the truck in a clean manner.
• Driver must represent the company well by carrying themselves in a clean, professional manner.
• Assist with other warehouse duties such as loading customers picking up in between deliveries.
